Every Hoodie is made especially for you after your order is placed. Please allow approximately 2–5 business days for production before shipping.

Shipping time begins after production is complete and varies by destination. Most domestic orders arrive within approximately 1–8 business days after shipment. You’ll receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

Production and delivery estimates may be longer during holidays or periods of high demand.

Machine wash cold, inside out, with similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. Tumble dry low or hang dry for the longest life. Do not iron directly over the printed design, and do not dry clean.

Because each hoodie is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or an incorrectly selected size or color.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please email hello@seasonalhaven.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos showing the issue. We’ll review the claim and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
