Are these physical products or digital downloads?
The Christmas planners and decorating guides currently available in the Seasonal Haven shop are digital products. No physical item will be shipped. After your purchase is completed, you’ll receive access to download your files by email.
How do I receive my files after purchasing?
After checkout, Seasonal Haven will send your download information to the email address you used when placing your order. Follow the download link in that email to save your files to your computer or device.
What should I do if I don't receive my download email?
First, check your spam, junk, and promotions folders. If you still can’t find the email or have trouble accessing your files, contact Seasonal Haven through the Support page and we’ll help you get access to your purchase.
Can I print the guides at home?
Yes. The printable files are designed so you can print the pages you need at home or through your preferred local or online printing service. You do not have to print every page to use the guides.
Can I use the downloads on my computer or tablet instead?
Yes. You can save and view the PDFs digitally on a compatible computer, tablet, or mobile device. Products that include a fillable PDF can also be completed digitally using compatible PDF software.
What is included in the A Calm Christmas Complete Collection?
The A Calm Christmas Complete Collection includes all three Seasonal Haven Christmas products currently sold separately:

The collection is $29, compared with $34 when purchased separately, so you save $5.
If I already bought one guide, should I buy the Complete Collection?
The Complete Collection includes the individual Christmas guides, so check what you already own before purchasing to avoid buying the same product twice. If you only need one specific resource, you can continue purchasing each guide individually.
Can I share the files with friends or family?
Your purchase is licensed for personal household use. Please do not resell, redistribute, upload, or publicly share the files. Friends or family members who want their own copy should purchase one directly from Seasonal Haven.
Do I need special software to use the downloads?
A standard PDF reader is sufficient for viewing and printing the PDF files. If your purchase includes a fillable version, you’ll need PDF software that supports interactive form fields to complete it digitally.
Are digital products refundable?
Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, digital purchases are generally not refundable after the files have been delivered or downloaded. If you experience a technical problem with your order, contact Seasonal Haven through the Support page so we can help resolve it.
Will Seasonal Haven offer physical products too?
Yes. Seasonal Haven plans to expand the shop with additional seasonal products in the future. The products currently available in this Christmas collection are digital downloads.
