Every shirt is made especially for you after your order is placed. Please allow approximately 2–5 business days for production before shipping.

Shipping time begins after production is complete and varies by destination. Most domestic orders arrive within approximately 1–8 business days after shipment. You’ll receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

Production and delivery estimates may be longer during holidays or periods of high demand.

Machine wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary, and do not use fabric softener.

Tumble dry on low or hang dry for the longest life. If ironing is necessary, use a cool iron with the shirt inside out. Do not iron directly over the printed design. Do not dry clean.

Because each shirt is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or an incorrectly selected size or color.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please email hello@seasonalhaven.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos showing the issue. We’ll review the claim and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
